Please do not share detailed health information through the form; this is recorded during your appointment, with your explicit consent.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, the server automatically keeps technical logs such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit and the date and time. These logs are used for security and technical operation.

7. Children’s privacy
The site is not designed for direct use by anyone under 18. For clients under 18, appointment requests and any information should be provided by a parent or legal guardian, and appointments should take place with a parent present.
