These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website of Podologist Aysu Şen (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about podology, foot health and foot care, introduces the podological services offered, and gives you a way to get in touch to request an appointment.

2. Disclaimer: content is for information only

  • All content on the Site is for general information only and is not a substitute for a personal assessment, medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • A podologist is not a medical doctor. Podological care supports the maintenance and care of foot health. Diagnosis, prescribing medication and medical treatment are the responsibility of a physician.
  • If you have pain, swelling, redness, discharge, an open wound, discolouration or loss of sensation in your foot, you should see a doctor. If you have diabetes, a circulation problem or a condition that affects your immune system, it is important to tell your doctor about any changes in your feet.
  • In an emergency, call 112 (the emergency number in Türkiye) or go to the nearest emergency department. The Site, WhatsApp, email and the contact form are not suitable channels for emergencies.
  • Everyone’s situation is different, and not everyone will benefit from the procedures described on the Site in the same way. The care that suits you is decided after a face-to-face assessment.

3. Appointment requests

Requests sent via the forms on the Site, WhatsApp or email are appointment requests; an appointment is final only once it has been confirmed to you. If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

4. Your obligations

When using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Not share another person’s information without their permission;
  • Not attempt to disrupt the Site, compromise its security or gain unauthorised access;
  • Not use the Site for unlawful purposes or for sending spam.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all text, images, the logo, the design and all other content on the Site belong to Podologist Aysu Şen or are used under licence, and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Apart from short quotations for personal, non-commercial use with the source credited, the content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or published without written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as WhatsApp or Google Maps). We accept no responsibility for their content, security or privacy practices, and their own terms apply. Anyone linking to the Site must not present its content in a misleading way or display the Site within a frame on their own pages.

7. Limitation of liability

Care is taken to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date; however, no guarantee is given that the content is complete, error-free or always current. The Site is provided “as is”. Subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from decisions made based on information on the Site, or from interruptions in access or technical faults.

8. Personal data

Information on how personal data you share through the Site is processed can be found in the Privacy Notice under Law No. 6698, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated without prior notice. The current terms apply from the date they are published on this page, and continuing to use the Site means you accept them.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them. The rights of users acting as consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.

11. Contact

For questions about these Terms of Use, write to podologaysusen@gmail.com or call +90 530 617 10 03.
